Important Notice — No Refunds on Digital Products

All products sold by Nutruly Wellness are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made and the download has been delivered.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

By completing a purchase on nutruly.com, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are digital PDF files delivered instantly upon payment
  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, we do not accept refund requests
  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after purchase
  • This policy applies to all individual plans, ebooks, and bundles

2. Before You Buy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Before buying, please:

  • Read the full product description carefully
  • Review the product contents listed on the product page

3. Exceptions — Technical Issues Only

We will only consider a resolution in the following situations:

  • You did not receive your download link after payment
  • The file you received was corrupted or completely unreadable
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)

In these cases only, contact us at nutruly@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your file or resolve the billing issue promptly.

4. Download Issues

If you did not receive your download link after purchase:

  1. Check your spam or junk mail folder
  2. Allow up to 10 minutes for the delivery email to arrive
  3. If still not received, email nutruly@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it within 2 hours during business hours
